Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Lemon Casino developed by Bhojal Mobile Apps ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Lemon Casino mobile application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store.
3. Intended Use
The App is a free brand-promotion cookbook providing 40 hand-illustrated animal-shaped sweet recipes, a daily content-discovery wheel, a deterministic recipe combiner, a personal recipe collection ("Zoo Album"), and supporting baking tips. The App is intended for entertainment, recipe discovery, and family baking activities.
3.1 No Real-Money Mechanics
The Safari Wheel and Den Combiner are content-discovery tools used to unlock recipes only. The App contains no in-app purchases, no real-money currency, no gambling mechanics, no betting, and no wagering of any kind. All content is included free with the App.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the App or any portion of it.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App in ways not intended by its design.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
5. User Content
The App allows you to add personal notes and bake photos to recipes. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain all rights to content you create. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your own content.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all recipes, illustrations, design, code, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
7. Recipes & Allergen Disclaimer
Recipes are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always verify ingredient labels for allergens (gelatin source, nuts, dairy, gluten, food coloring), follow food-safety practices, and supervise children in the kitchen. We are not responsible for adverse reactions, allergic responses, dietary issues, or any harm resulting from the preparation, consumption, or handling of foods made using these recipes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from a third-party app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.), you also agree to the terms and conditions of that store. In case of conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
